Technical Support
- General Support
- If you have a general support issue, please explain the issue in detail by email. In the email, be sure to include your client account number and website name. General support issues should be sent via email to Support@WebsiteStyle.com for response.
- Urgent Support
- If you have an urgent support issue, please call: 1-210-881-7505 and leave a message explaining the issue briefly. This message will forward to the most available person. ALSO follow up that call with a detailed email explaining the issue. In the email, be sure to include your client account number and website name. The urgent support email should be sent to Support@WebsiteStyle.com and include the word URGENT somewhere in the subject line for fastest response.
New Projects
- How To Start
- If you have a new project that you would like to discuss Website Style handling for you, please contact Nicole by email at Nicole@WebsiteStyle.com for an assessment.
Billing
- Single Billing
- For single billing, you should have received an email invoice with information on how to pay your bill. If you did not receive this email, please contact Sales@WebsiteStyle.com so that you can be provided with the information you need to pay your bill.
- Recurring Payments
- If you have a maintenance plan set up with Website Style, or you have your bill divided in payments, you may have regularly scheduled payments due. If you need help understanding how to pay your balance, or what your balance is, please contact Sales@WebsiteStyle.com so that you can be provided with the information you need.
